DD10 Door Dampers are used as an anti-slam device for doors in many different applications. Schools, Laboratories, Offices, Factories, Hotels, Industrial Refrigeration Doors. Lift and Elevator Doors and many more.

DD10 is the cost effective entry model that can be fitted to the opening side and in the centre of the door. All models include: 1x Door Damper, 1x Receiving Hook & 1x Fixing Screw Set (for timber doors). It can be fitted to hinged doors: left and right operating with flush door/frame.

SPECIAL NOTE: DD10 Receiving Hook must be fitted to a vertical flat surface, not suitable for bevelled architraves
​
All models are very easy to fit with easy to follow fitting instructions that are included with every product. The Door Dampers structure, moving components and materials have been specified and designed to withstand the rigours of many thousands of door closing movements. The products are tested to 1 million cycles.
​
A speed adjustment facility is standard in all the door damper models. This allows the final closing speed (approx the last 25mm of travel) of the door damper to be adjusted. This is done by placing a hexagon key into the top of the damping cylinder and turning it clockwise to reduce the closing speed or anti-clockwise to increase the closing speed. This is can be carried out after the door damper is fitted.
